“Livestock” Sunday Kitchen Service @LITM ends May 17th!

The JC pop-up culinary rave, “Livestock”, produced by Mike Martello & Alan Cano will end Sun. May 17th. Taste a part of history!

The partnership of Livestock started between Michael and Alan through a love of all things odd. Due to their ethnic backgrounds, offal cuts were a regular part of the foods they grew up to love.

Livestock’s name comes from the understanding that all parts of an animal will be used. Its goal is present each cut of the animal, traditional and non-traditional, with the respect it deserves
